WA surfer survived Margaret River shark attack by ’punching its head

The moment the shark knocked the surfer off his board was caught on a Swellnet beach camera.

As Frost reached shore, he said he called out to a couple walking on the beach for help.

As people realised what had happened they rushed to help. Frost took the leg rope from his board and strapped his leg with it to stem the bleeding.
