The Perth Cultural Centre finally gets a plan

There is no eye-catching shade structure in the new plan and the make-over is more contained, with the focus on the long-held dream of reconnecting William and Beaufort streets along the James Street route through the creation of a leafy promenade (the east-west walkway has been central most of the previous plans for revamping the Cultural Centre).
