Perth Children’s Court has heard how a teenage boy who was challenged to a fight before being chased through an Ashfield park on Wednesday afternoon allegedly retaliated by stabbing one of the men with a 12 centimetre knife.
The court heard the 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was walking home from school at around 2.30pm on Wednesday when he says he was approached by a 20-year-old man, the man’s brother and a friend on Ashfield Reserve in Perth’s east.
