Robbo makes call on Walker return, Nanai cleared, Hastings races clock, Dolphins hit for six

Sam Walker has been cleared to return to the NRL side but Roosters coach Trent Robinson said he won’t be rushed into the starting side for Friday’s showdown with Parramatta at CommBank Stadium.

After overcoming his long-term knee injury, Walker played a full 80 minutes in the NSW Cup last weekend and was named in the No.18 jersey for the clash with the Eels.

Robinson on Thursday said Walker would remain in his bench position with utility Drew Hutchison retaining the starting halfback spot alongside Luke Keary.
