The consortium behind the troubled Queen’s Wharf Brisbane project has been accused of ordering frequent and sweeping design changes that resulted in “significant abortive” measures and, in some cases, “dramatically” altered the original scope of works.
The scores of “variation directions” from Destination Brisbane Consortium – many issued years after specific works had already begun– are detailed in court documents filed by Multiplex in late July.
