Four hospitalised after man assaults strangers with pen on Puckle Street

Four people have been taken to hospital after a man assaulted them in Moonee Ponds.

Victoria Police said they were called to Puckle Street in Melbourne’s inner northwest after reports an “agitated man” appeared to have assaulted people on the street about 1.15pm on Wednesday.
