Brisbane have tabled a one-year contract extension to winger Corey Oates and coach Kevin Walters says he hopes the club stalwart will continue his NRL career at the club.
In his original one-year deal, signed at the end of 2022, the 28-year-old had a player option in his favour that he could take up for next year and another one for 2025, that he could activate next season but his management rescinded the option for 2024.
